1. Core Commitment: Trust Zero
AnalysisValue is built on a "Privacy by Design" architecture. We do not sell financial discipline, which means we do not need to observe your private financial transactions.
- Zero Financial Access: We never request, store, or process your credit card numbers, bank account logins, or open banking API tokens.
- Zero Transaction Tracking: We do not track your real-time banking history. All calculations are simulation-based and powered by the metrics you actively input into our interface.
2. Information We Collect
To generate and maintain your active claim slots, we limit data collection to the absolute minimum:
- Simulation Data: The regional baseline, target SKU choices, and self-reported habit frequencies you select in the calculator.
- Identity Verification (Optional Account Creation): Your email address, which is requested solely to lock in your claim blueprint, generate your high-resolution PNG receipt, or send your weekly progress pulse.
- Social Authentication (Witness Protocol): If you engage the "Name the Leak" protocol, you provide the email address or username of a chosen witness. This data is used exclusively to dispatch the automated verification link to that specific party.
3. Data Retention & Silos
Your simulation metrics are stored securely within our encrypted database. We do not aggregate your user profile with third-party data brokers. We do not sell your "intent history" to advertisers. While brands can buy aggregate anonymized data insights (e.g., "10,000 users are currently tracking a specific SKU"), your personal identity is never attached to these metrics.
4. Third-Party Integrations
Our platform contains outbound links to external merchant networks. Once you click a destination link to claim a product, your data falls under the privacy guidelines of that respective brand or marketplace. We do not transfer your internal AnalysisValue account history to external merchants.
5. Your Rights Under GDPR & CCPA
Depending on your region (including California and the European Economic Area), you retain full rights to access, rectify, or permanently wipe your account from our framework.
