1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the platform analysisvalue.com, initializing an opportunity cost calculation, or locking in a custom claim slot, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to this framework, you must terminate use of the platform immediately.
2. Not Financial Advice (Disclaimer)
AnalysisValue is a behavioral psychology tool, an interactive decision-model simulation, and an educational platform.
- No Financial Advice: The outputs, weekly timelines, and habit conversion metrics provided by our software do not constitute formal financial, investment, or legal advice.
- Simulation Limitations: Calculations are based on self-reported inputs and static regional averages. Real-world financial environments, tax brackets, net incomes, and variable inflation rates differ by individual. You are solely responsible for executing your real-world personal budget.
3. The "Claim" Mechanics & Ownership
- No Custodial Rights: The terminology used on this site—including "Claim," "Chек," "Unclaimed Assets," "Paid Life," and "Locked Slot"—refers to a cognitive framework and a tracking profile. AnalysisValue does not hold physical inventory, does not manage custodial bank accounts, and does not hold user funds.
- User Responsibility: We do not enforce financial discipline. The progress tracker relies on your weekly manual updates. If you choose to skip a week or fail to modify your real-world spending habits, AnalysisValue holds zero liability for delayed goals or unrealized purchases.
4. Acceptable Public Use & Sharing
We encourage users to download and share our high-resolution vertical PNG receipts in social networks (Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok). However, you are strictly prohibited from modifying the generated image to misrepresent financial data, create deceptive claims, or defame external brands.
5. Termination of Service
We reserve the absolute right to suspend, terminate, or delete any claim slot, user profile, or custom blueprint if we detect automated bot behavior, malicious script injection into our Vanilla JS calculator, or any form of platform abuse that disrupts our infrastructure on Joomla 5.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the core corporation is registered, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
